Treadmills

I hate running on treadmills. I really, really do. Unfortunately, they are really good at helping to keep you on a certain pace, and pace training is what I needed to do today. Tomorrow morning, I’m doing the Turkey Trot 5 miler, then nothing else until Saturday’s 20k run. Yeehaw!
