OK, so I’ve been too lazy to post on here about my run on Monday. It was only 20 minutes, and I did it on the treadmill. I ran 20 minutes, because that’s all that the calendar called for. I didn’t run yesterday, so I’m gonna have to run today at some point. I was wanting to run the hill of life, but I don’t think I’m going to have enough time to go there and get to work and all that. Looks like I’m running the old Riata hike and bike trail again this afternoon.
Run Stats:
Terrain: Treadmill
Time: 20 minutes
Distance 1.2 miles or something like that
Pace: 11:45
Noteworthy: I think I’m really getting ahold of the pace that I’m supposed to be running at.
