I finally ran again. I felt awful. I did my short 2.5 mile route and it took me way too long to do it. The weather was fine, everything was fine, I just didn’t feel like running it. After the run, I went and had a good work out. I managed to fit in my entire arm routine, which is a rarity, but all in all it was a good lifting session. I like the way that my arms are starting to look. You can actually see some definition when I’m on the machine. Now, all that’s left is to make my gut shrink and all will be well. I want my dang on obliques back.
