Catch up post

So, I’ve been slacking big time. I overslept again this Saturday and missed my run. I was up way too late on Friday night, I can’t even remember what I was doing that kept me up late. The main thing, is that when I go to sleep on Friday night, I must remember to set the backup alarm. Anyway, I did run today, on the treadmill. I just didn’t feel like going outside for a run. I know, I know, I hate treadmills, but whenever Notre Dame is getting their ass kicked on the TV, I gotta watch it. Nothing like the smell of blood in the water to wake me up. Anyway, I ran pretty much the entire time and only walked at the beginning and the end, so I’m happy about that. After the run, I had a good arm workout, but I’m thinking that it may be close to time to switch up the exercises and work more on the chest and back. Obviously, I also need to work the core some more, but we’re getting there. I need to remember to register for the marathon after this weekend’s 30k benchmark run. The joy, the rapture.

Distance: 2.2 miles
Terrain: N/A, treadmill.
Noteworthy: practically break free run. Good lifting session.
