I made it out of the office and went for a swim at noon today. It ruled. The main set was hard and I ended up appealing for clemency and extra time because I wasn’t making the interval. Swam with RF and dolla Bill was there too, but he was in another lane. I think I’m going to start going in at noon exclusively. It’s a nice break in the middle of the day, plus the weather is so nice with the sun and the blue sky it just makes for a great lunch hour.
Stats:
Main set: with pulling gear 4 x 250 at 3:15, followed by 4 x 125 at 1:40
Distance: approx 2100 yards total.
Noteworthy: it was a beautiful day out today. Temp in the mid 70s, clear blue sky, just a great day to be outside
