So, this morning I had my last pre-marathon training run. It was a short 5 mile loop from TX dot to Mopac. The legs felt a bit tired and I didn’t really get warmed up until after 3 miles had been covered.
It’s weird to think that a few months ago 5 miles would seem like a long distance. Nowadays, even 13 miles isn’t all that bad, it takes more than 15 miles nowadays to elicit a modicum of respect. Weird. I decided my next long race is going to be pikes peak, I just need to decide if I’m doing the half or the full marathon.
No Stats today since it wasn’t really stats worthy.
