The swim

A’ight, this morning’s swim was tough. Not necessarily because of anything in particular, but it was tough. The intervals were really tight and the sets did not allow for much tinkering. The total yardage was 3200, which should give you an idea of how the workout went.
Stats:
Distance: 3200
Main set: a stepped set of 50s starting from 2 at 35 sec. interval on up to 5 at 55, then back down.
We also kicked a bit.
Noteworthy: another beautiful day, and a great swim. Today was the last kick set that I’m going to do until next week. Gotta take care of the legs before the marathon on Sunday.
