Today was a great swim. Lots of distance covered in smooth pulls, or kicks. I really like workouts like these because they allow you time to yourself. Just you and the little black line at the bottom of the pool.
Stats:
Distance: 3500
Interesting set: 100,200,300,400,300,200,100, all swim, all on the 1:30 base.
Noteworthy: I’m really starting to get in swimming shape again. I need to get back to running some more though.
