Nooner

Man, I love swimming at noon. It’s a nice break in the middle of the day, and on top of that, you get to work on your tan. Not that I need to work on my tan. Anyway, today’s workout was nice and easy since apparently yesterday’s was a bitch of a workout. Good thing I missed yesterday.
The entire workout was essentially an easy swim broken up into different sets.

Stats:
Total distance: 2400
Best Set: the warm up. We did a swim-pull-kick set starting off at 200s of each, then 150s then 100s and finally 50s of each.
Noteworthy: I can still swim 50 yards underwater, yeehaw.
