The swim

The swim today was great. Bright sunny day, light breeze and a good workout. My stroke felt nice and smooth. I got to demo my fly again which I always enjoy.

Stats:
Total distance: 3000
Interesting set: 150, 100, 75, 50, 25 swim free followed by 4×25 stroke. The whole set was done 4 times through.
Noteworthy: the interval was a bit slow, but it was still a good workout once everything was said and done.
