OK, here is a quick catchup post. I’ve not been running nearly as much as I should. I’ve been swimming almost as much as I should, but not quite enough. I’m getting in better shape as a swimmer, but as we all know, running is what makes you lose weight, not swimming. So, I’ve not lost any weight, but I also have not gained any. There have been a couple of good and interesting sets, the 4×400 descents come to mind, as well as the 40×50 descend that we did. All in all, it’s been fun in the water, but I need to get out and run more. On on to TXIH weekend wankers.
