This morning’s swim

This morning’s swim was quite relaxing. It was a nice long stroke swim. The main set, consisted of some 50s where we counted our strokes and tried to descend both the total strokes and our total time to swim the distance. I really enjoy these kinds of workouts since they allow you to focus on your technique more than the “regular go far and go fast” workouts allow.

Noteworthy:
I got it down to where I was taking 9 strokes per lap, for a total of 18 strokes per 50 yards. The next closest person was taking 22 strokes. I rule the pool.
