OK, so my foot is almost all back to better. I got my new shoes, which I have yet to use because I’ve been waiting on my foot. I am going to run in the morning, time permitting, and report on that later. I decided to rest my foot for an extra day since it was sore still after Sunday’s run. I can’t wait to run in my new shoes tomorrow.
