Monday, December 26th, 2005Wow, has it really been a week since I last ran? It has indeed. I got lazy last week, no more of that, the marathon is less than 7 weeks away, gotta stay focused and on track.

Rest days
Tuesday, December 20th, 2005I’ve taken a couple of rest days this week. Tonight, I go run in Walnut Creek with Trojan. We’re meeting in the parking lot by the pools at 7 if anyone wants to join us.
