Marathon disappointment

I had to scratch out of the race. I had stomach cramps and diarrhea. Sucks that you can prep for so long and then get taken out at the last minute. Oh well, there are other races yet to come.

Sorry to hear it, Raf, but at least you have a good base for another marathon or even a trail 50K.
