Quick run

Went out for a quick run this morning. The construction that I mentioned previously in the woods near my apartment have progressed to the point where they’ve blocked off access to the woods from the usual spot. I had to go run up hill, up Duval to get to the bridge to get onto the trail. The run was about 34 minutes, and went smooth as silk. I’m gonna start getting up early and going on quick runs like this before work from now on. The caveat being if I get out for a long run the night before.
