Updates

I ran last Friday at the greenbelt. Went out and back to spyglass in an hour. Which is a record time for me. Didn’t run Saturday, but today I went out there with a new running partner. I don’t know how often I’ll be able to get out there with her because her schedule is very packed, but it was fun to get out there with a trail running newbie and introduce them. I think she may be hooked, but we’ll have to wait and see.
