I was so very sore, and still am today Wednesday, but that’s another story. Regardless, I was wanting to go run yesterday but had the occasion to go to a sneak preview of this new movie “Zodiac”. Instead of running, I did weights and worked out my legs. Did some angled squats, some leg presses, and other exercises that I can’t remember their names. I’m running this afternoon though, so it’s all good.
