These last few weeks, I’ve been swimming more than running. I’ve also been lifting weights and doing pilates and stuff. I’m gonna do the cap2k race so I’ve been training for that. Anyway, I still want to go for an ultra this year, I just need to decide which one.


I can relate to the swimming. I started swimming about 6 weeks ago as part of my injury recovery from a left shin splint, and now I’m back to running as well. I also plan to do my first ultra (a 50 miler at Sunmart in December).
