		<description>I can relate to the swimming. I started swimming about 6 weeks ago as part of my injury recovery from a left shin splint, and now I&#039;m back to running as well. I also plan to do my first ultra (a 50 miler at Sunmart in December). Since I know you have a good sense of humor, to put a smile on your face, go to my blog and click on the video link under my April 27 post. It is absolutely hilarious, and really makes you wonder why we do this crazy stuff!</description>
