OK, so I’ve decided that this morning’s run was to be run #1.
I have a fairly aggressive running/ race schedule and I probably won’t make all of the events, but I digress. This morning, I decided to try a different route. I think I was falling in a rut with the old back and forth route that I’ve been doing so I ventured out.
I did, what will be labeled as loop #1. It is a 2.15 mile loop around the neighborhood. This morning, loop 1 took me 33 minutes. There was a lot of walking up hills and I was going at a really slow pace since there were parts where I couldn’t see where I was stepping. I think that next time I’ll bring a flashlight or something to help me out.
All in all, it was a good run, even if Chelle would rather I not run this route. I look forward to getting a lot faster and to trying out all of the other loops that I mapped.
