New Gym, and good news

We joined the YMCA last week.  The big thing about that, is that it’s just down the street from my house and they have a pool.  So, on Saturday, after Chelle got off work, we went down there and signed up.  After signing up, I got on the hamster track aka treadmill, and then swam.  I am way out of swim shape, but by the time the cap2k rolls around, I should be both lighter and faster in the water.

Oh yeah, I also lost 6 lbs since the last I was at the Y.  That means that for the month of January,  even with my half asses exercising, I’ve lost 6 lbs.  Time to step it up.
