Today’s run
Got up way early this morning and went for a run around work. I felt strong, but I didn’t push myself since I was running on concrete and didn’t want to over stress my foot or anything like that. The other reason, is that I didn’t bring my water bottle with me, so if I got thirsty I didn’t have anything to drink with me. Which would’ve sucked.

Route: From the office on Riata Vista Circle down Riata Trace Pkwy to 183 and back
Dist: 3 miles
Time: 36 Minutes
Pace: 12 Min. per mile
Ground: Cement
After the run, I worked out for a bit, but I did not do any work on the core, which I should’ve done. On the plus side, the scale in the bathroom said I weighed 308 lbs (down from 344 lbs). Should I start keeping track of my weight on here too? I guess I could. We’ll see.
