Back in the water again

Today was my first workout since I got sick last week.  I took it fairly easy in the water and only did 1700 yards.  I think that I could’ve done more, in fact, I know I could’ve done more but I didn’t tthink I should push it since I’m still not quite at 100%.  I’m just glad that I got back in the water today since I skipped the run this morning.  My shoes are really old and need to be replaced.  Time to visit zappos.com
