Swim #9

Almost into the double digits for the number of swims as I train for the cap2k race.  This evening’s workout was pretty good.  Despite the over all feeling of the workout, I started to have some pain in my right shoulder towards the end.  I think I was leaning on it too much because when I switched to breathing on the right the pain went away.  Chelle and L’il D were in the lane with me for a bit, but then I think I harassed them out of the lane and into a neighboring one.  Oops.

Here’s the breakdown:

50, 100, 150, 200, 150, 100, 50 on a 55 second base.

4 x 75 (25 swim, 25 drill, 25 swim, alternate 25 free, 25 back, 25 free) 1:15

4 x 75 pull with paddles on the 1:15

50 easy

4 x 100 kick with fins on the 1:45

6 x 25 easy, with 5 bobs rest.
