I think this will be run #1 again, but I’m going to start it over for March.  I went out for another run around Walnut Creek Park today.  It was a really good time, just like the old days.  I even got lost, just like the old days.  I love being out on trails and really hate running on roads, but that’s another story. 

On a different note, I think I’m going to alter my goals for this year.  Instead of shooting for an ultra marathon, I think I’m going to shoot for a 30k on trail as my big run for this year.  I think that’s an attainable goal, or at least a more attainable goal.  Let’s see how that goal works out for me.
