Short post, for now since my battery is about to die. Went out to Barton Creek greenbelt yesterday and did 3.1 miles. Had a great time, but afterwards, I didn’t ice my foot nor take my ibuprofen so now, the plantar fascia in my left foot is sore and hurting like crazy. I can barely walk this morning.
