So far this week, I’ve been in the water twice. I haven’t run since my foot is still very, very sore from last week. I think I’m just too heavy to run as much as I want to right now. How messed up is that? I want to run to lose weight, but I need to lose some weight before I can start running.
Anyway, Monday night, I was in the water and felt like a beached whale. I weighed in at a whopping 367lbs (166.8 kg). That is now my heaviest weight ever. Yeah, yeah, so it wasn’t my tare weight, but it still counts. Today, I weighed 364 lbs (165.45 kg) and felt much lighter than I did on Monday. Of course, I use term “lighter” almost in jest.
