This is the second week of this show on TLC. Lemme tellya, I like this show. Last week, Paul McKenna, the host of the show, gave us the 4 tennets of the show. They are:
- Eat what you want
- When you’re hungry, eat
- Eat purposefully
- When you’re full, stop eating.
Easy as pie, n’est pas? I’ve been trying this for the past week, and I’ve gotta say, ‘d had some success with it. I’m becoming a believer. I’m too heavy to run right now, so I’m trying to get lighter so I can run without hurting myself.
