Today’s swim

I swam 1500 yards today.  It took me about 30 minutes to complete the swim, so it was all in all a pretty good swim.  I think that the best part of the afternoon, was when I weighed myself before my swim.  I weighed 5 lbs less than I did last week.  Following Paul McKenna’s eating plan has helped me with that.  I think that by the time the Cap2k rolls around, should I stay on a 5 lb a week weight loss, I would’ve lost about 25 lbs or so.  Which will put me at about what I weighed last year for that swim.  We’ll see how it goes.  The workout was:

12 x 75 (4 middle lap stroke, 4 middle lap stroke kick, 4 middle lap stroke drill)

3 x 100 pull

200 kick IM

100 easy
