I swam for about 1500 yards on Monday. I’m happy to report, that I’ve maintained my weight loss from last week, eventhough I wasn’t quite as committed to the plan as I had been. Alls well that ends well though since I plan on kicking it up a notch. Here are the stats for today’s swim:
700 swim, broken by 25s but trying to maintain the same pace throughout
700 swim, broken by 50s, in the same fashion as above.
100 easy.
That was it. Nothing terribly creative, but it was great to get back in the water after a week long hiatus.
