I’ve been swimming a couple of times in the last week or so. I don’t remember the specifics of the other workouts, but last night I did a really simple workout. I got out to the pool after work, so it was supposed to be a fast workout, but it ended up going long. Here are the details from the workout:
300 swim
300 pull
4 x 100 pull on the 1:40
8 x 50 kick (1 free, 1 fly, 1 free, 1 back)
100 easy
Total 1500
After the swim, I hopped in the hot tub, then went into the sauna for a bit. I went home, ate and had a good time. My weight, is pretty much plateaued again. I fell off the wagon with my eating plan and have not been exercising as much as I could be. I’ll get back on track with the plan and add some dry land exercising, and maybe even some trail running.
