The before and after pictures make me believe that he is dealing with some major issues that have contributed to emotional eating. Gastric bypass will not solve those emotional issues. In fact, if he overeats after that surgery he could burst his stomach. I hope that his friends and family start to help him instead of continuing to enable him to lead this unhealthy, life-threatening, and depressing lifestyle. This is really sad.
