I went out to Walnut Creek Park yesterday for a run. I had the brilliant idea that I should bring a camera and take some pictures and maybe some video for you folks that have no idea what I’m talking about.
Here’s the first video from the run. I’ll put up the rest of the pictures and one or two of the other videos later on.
About the run itself, it was an hour, prolly did about 4 miles or so but I spent a lot of time setting up the videos and the pictures. Towards the end of the run, I I felt like I should’ve run more and should’ve covered more distance. The other thing, is that I need to improve my daily runs. Let me rephrase that, I need to improve the consistency of my daily runs. I’ve been slacking in that area. Allright, that’s it for now.
