I went out to hill of life yesterday for a late run. I went down the hill, down part of the power line loop, then up to overlook.
I was thinking about going a bit further, but it was starting to get dark and I didn’t have a flashlight with me, so I called it a day and headed back to the car. There were a lot of deer out there and it was eerily quiet. It looked like it was about to start raining, so there weren’t a lot of people out there (not that there ever are) the usual bugs were there as well.
I felt better out there today than I did the last time I was out at HOL, but obviously, I think that I can do better. I look forward to coming out here when it starts to get a bit colder. I love running around out here when it’s cold since there aren’t that many bugs flying around.

Yeah, I’m an indoor runner this time of year. Nice race plan BTW. I need to consider doing another marathon.
Dude it’s been a week–what’s up?
