I worked out at the YMCA today.
It was a cross training day, so I was on the elliptical and then did some weights. I worked out my back, and when I was watching my form in the mirror it looked like I was starting to get some semblance of shape.
I mean, I’m pretty much round as it is, but today was interesting because it looked like I was getting muscle tone. It was weird to see that. All I need to do now, is to get rid of mu gut.
