Cool training site

My GF told me about this website that she used to train for her first half marathon.  I went and looked it over and it seems like a cool site.

The site is called “Cool Running” and there’s the link to it.

Anyway, seems like I should follow the 10k plan and train for the Cap10k, then maybe see about the prickly pear 10 miler.  Yeah, I know, I need to actually get up off the couch and do something, but you need to have a plan or a goal to shoot for, right?
