So, after taking a couple of involuntary days off, I went running for a bit today. I was under some time pressure due to a dinner engagement, however I decided that it was best to run a little than to not run at all. The run started off a little rough, I must’ve stepped at an odd angle getting off a sidewalk because my left knee started hurting suddenly after crossing a street. I truncated the run and decided to stay off the cement and asphalt as much as possible. The knee felt much better after being on the dirt trail, and towards the end of the admittedly short run, it wasn’t bothering me at all.
