I don’t think I posted this on here, but I have a specific weight loss goal in mind. I don’t want to mention it on here since it seems that everytime I mention a goal on here I miss the goal.
What I can say is this, my plan was to lose 10lbs this week. I lost 8lbs. Yes, I missed my goal, but I think that the progress is a good benchmark to start. Yeah, let’s go!
