I’ve been on a weight loss kick the last few weeks. My clothes and the scale are telling me that I’ve lost weight, my mind refuses to believe it though.
Today, instead of running, I went out on a hike with the fam. We went out to purgatory and walked around there for awhile. After the walk/ hike, we went swimming at the YMCA. I swam my short swim workout, so it was only 1000 yards.
After the workout, it was the hot tub, then the sauna, then came home for a nice dinner. I also caught another episode of the Biggest Loser, and I determined that I am addicted to that stupid show. I wonder how I get to be on that show?
All in all, the total lost so far is 14lbs. I think I need to kick it up a notch.
