I love running
I’m still running, which is a good thing. I need to increase my mileage this week which will make things move along a bit faster.
My first goal was to keep at it for 21 days, and I’m nearing that goal. After 21 days, any activity becomes a habit, it’s just something that you do. As I approach that deadline, I’m finding it harder to find reasons not to go run.
I’m still on the fence about the whole triathlon thing, but that’s mainly due to the fact that I don’t have a bike. Also, something that I’ve noticed, is that trail runners, and runners in general, have really crappy motivational videos. I can’t seem to find any cool, motivational running videos that aren’t a Nike commercial.
