Rare morning run

I really hate running in the mornings. I don’t know what it is about getting up in the morning and running that just wears me out for the rest of the day. I can get up at 5 and go read, or work on a client’s site and be fine for the rest of the day.

I can even get up and swim and I’ll be fine for the rest of the day, it’s just running that wears me out.  Just for the record, I had a great run this morning. I hardly walked at all, and the entire outing was enjoyable, I just don’t like how I feel after running when I’m at work.

Maybe at some point down the line, I’ll get better and getting up and running, but right now, it’s just not me.  I’d rather run in the evenings, or after work than in the morning.

Yes, I know that this creates a problem for race day, since most races are in the morning and my body is used to running in the evenings and whatnot, but I like running in the mornings on the weekends. Ok, enough whinning, and I’ll drink for whinning later today.
