Great Ultramarathon video

Thanks to my friend Brownie who linked to this video from his blog.  This is a great video that pretty much shows why I enjoy trail running:

Road running is OK, but really my heart is on trails like the ones in the video. If you’re not a trail runner, or a runner at all, that video may be boring to you, but to us trail geeks, it’s an awesome video
