OK, so after yesterday’s post about running like a 13 year old girl, I figured I’d redeem myself and post about a manly man. David Goggins is the guy featured in the video, and he’s a Navy seal.
This guy, is a machine. It’s not just my opinion.
One of the reasons why he runs is to raise money so that fallen soldier’s kids can go to college. My friend Brownie wears a goonie hat when he runs to honor his fellow soldiers that didn’t make it home from Iraq.

All I can say is wow. He trains a lot. Maybe I need to rethink my whole training plan…
