National Running Day

Today is National Running Day. Everyone should go out today and run, even if it’s just for 1/4 mile or something like that.

Here’s a suggested workout for you:


25 minutes total:

Walk at a brisk pace for 5 minutes to warm up

Run for 1 minute, walk for 2 minutes, 5 times through

Walk for 5 minutes to warm down.

I suggest an out and back route, unless you’re on a loop course of course.  Get out there and enjoy the day.
