I was perusing on youtube, as I am want to do, when I came across some videos about body building.  Nothing against body building, but I’ve just never been a big fan of the sport. I can appreciate a good looking body as much as the next guy, but seriously, I like women to look like women and not like ugly men.

Anyway, I digress…

I came across these videos from a documentary about body building and about the damage that these folks do to themselves in the quest to have the perfect body.  It’s been well publisized that Ahnold the Governator used steroids back in his younger days.

Now all these baseball players are coming out as roid heads, etc. I’ve just been thinking about the lengths that people will go to achieve their vision of perfection.  Anyway, there’s 5 videos in total, here’s part 1:
