Today, I went out and ran a 5k that was put together for my GF’s family reunion.  According to the organizer, he measured the distance to be 3.1 miles, which is 5k.  According my iPhone GPS, the route was 2.98 miles.

I dunno that I like the trend that the iPhone gps continuously says the route is shorter than I previously believed.  Could it be that I just cut all the turns significantly shorter than the organizer? I think the phone may have lose connection with the satellite, but what do I know.

Anyway, it was hotter than Hades out therem but I did manage to have a good time.
