P90X Review – Day 2

OK, I can’t promise to write a review everyday I do the exercise routine. After today’s workout, I feel obligated to write one so here it is.

Ouch.

For real.

Today’s workout was the Cardio X, which is a nice way of saying “I’m gonna make you feel awkward.” There was punching, there was kicking, there were more banana and superman drills, there was squat running and there were warrior poses.  My legs are knackered, as they say across the pond.

Day 2 was a good workout, now if I can just get over my soreness. Ouch.
