I’m a fat ass, it’s no one fault, I just am.

I started this blog out on or about December 20, 2007. I really can’t remember the exact date, so I’ll just use that date for now. I used to have a different blog at runninfool.com, but I got rid of that domain and decided to start up at this domain.

Why am I doing this?

Because I’m tired of being fat. I used to be not fat, and I want to go back to that, or at least back to not as fat as I am now. In case you’re wondering, this is what I look like now:

What about your header picture?

I realize that the main photo on the site shows me running down a street, eventhough the site is called fat trail runner.  Just so youknow, that picture was taken when I was running in the Austin Marathon in 2005.
