Man, today’s run felt awesome. I changed the music on the iPod shuffle, to some Rammstein, or however you spell it. That music is hard to listen to and go slow to it. I was jamming and running really fast. Fast for me at least.

So, I did manage to go out and get on the road today. Unfortunately, it wasn’t quite the distance that I wanted to do. I ended up taking the roommate’s little dog with me, and this thing is a wimp. It can’t do anything. I spent a whole lotta time arguing with it to stay next to me and not run across me. So, I end up pulling in the leash and he figured out he was supposed to be next to me. So, I also happen to own the domain name “runninfool.com”. These last couple of days, I’ve been thinking about moving this blog over to that domain. I hardly ever talk about swimming, so it would seem appropriate. I’ll leave a redirect on the old URL, so no one will get lost for a few days, or weeks, or months, or until I feel like it.

OK, so, after I visited with my younglings, I went for a run.
I went out to Walnut Creek park to run the trail that I laid out a couple of weeks ago. I had to get 7 miles in, so I figured I could go about half way, then turn around and come back. I estimated that I should run for abour an hour and a half or so in order to be sure that I got in the 7 mile requirement.
